On 2nd December 2021, Mr. Wang Ning, Chairperson of the BFPA, President of the NCPA, met with Mr. Jan Vogler online. Mr. Wang and Mr. Vogler signed Memorandum of Understanding for strategic partnership on behalf of the NCPA and Dresden Music Festival respectively, and reached consensus in promoting all-round collaboration, in areas such as online resources, co-producing online/offline performances, and exchange visits.
