During the meeting it was also approved that on March 3, there will be an hommage to the great composers Antón García Abril, Cristóbal Halffter, and Luis de Pablo. All three composers are important figures in Spanish music and have created works for the Teatro Real. Si Divinas palabras by de García Abril was the first world premiere at the newly renovated Teatro Real and Don Quijote by Halffter also premiered at the theater.
Meanwhile, El abrecartas by De Pablo will have its world premiere in February 2022 at the Teatro Real.
