About
A special concert was co-presented by China NCPA and Bolshoi Theatre on May 3 for the 20th Anniversary of the Signing of the Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation, celebrating the close friendship between the two peoples through renowned musical works performed by artists from the two countries.

The concert was held at 19:30 (Beijing Time) / 14:30 (Moscow Time) on May 3. The first half was presented at the Historical Stage of Bolshoi Theatre while the second at the Opera House of China NCPA. Screens were placed at both venues, showcasing satellite-transmitted livestreams from each other. This was also the first time that China NCPA had presented a concert in this manner.
