New National Theatre, Tokyo (NNTT)’s Artistic Directors of Opera ONO Kazushi, Ballet & Dance YOSHIDA Miyako, and Drama OGAWA Eriko announced the theatre's 2022/23 Season which opens on 2 October 2022. This season celebrates its 25^th anniversary, here are the line-ups of 10 Operas, 9 Ballets & Dance, and 7 Drama productions.

In OCT 2022, new production of Handel’s Giulio Cesare by Laurent PELLY.
In NOV 2022, new production of Mussorgsky’s Boris Godunov by Mariusz TRELIŃSKI for the 25^th anniversary.
In DEC 2022, Mozart’s Don Giovanni by Grischa ASAGAROFF.
In JAN 2023,Wagner’s Tannhäuser by Hans-Peter LEHMANN.
In FEB 2023, Verdi’s Falstaff by Jonathan MILLER.
In MAR 2023, Offenbach’s Les Contes d’Hoffmann by Philippe ARLAUD.
In APR 2023, Verdi’s Aida by Franco ZEFFIRELLI for the 25^th anniversary.
In MAY 2023, new production of Verdi’s Rigoletto by Emilio SAGI.
In MAY 2023, Strauss’s Salome by August EVERDING.
In JUNE 2023, Puccini’s La Bohème by AGUNI Jun for the 25^th anniversary.

In SEP 2022, The Glass Menagerie by Tennessee WILLIAMS directed by Ivo van HOVE and performed by Odeon-Theatre de L'Europe.
In OCT 2022, Leopoldstadt by Sir Tom STOPPARD for the 25^th anniversary. The production is directed by OGAWA Eriko and translated by HIROTA Atsuro.
In NOV 2022, Bridge to the Future Series’s My Month, a new play by SUGAI Ei. The production is directed by INABA Kae and developed through the Royal Court Playwrights’ Workshop.
In DEC 2022, Bridge to the Future Series’s Beaching at Dawn, a new play by YOKOYAMA Takuya. OSAWA Yu takes the direction.
In APR 2023, Part 1 Millennium Approaches and Part 2 Perestroika of Angels in America by Tony KUSHNER, The production is directed by KAMIMURA Satoshi and translated by ODASHIMA Soshi.
In JUN 2023 Bridge to the Future Series’s new play by YAMADA Kana with MANABE Takashi as the director.
