2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Astor Piazzolla. The Teatro Colón pays tribute to the great Argentine composer and musician, his creations and some of the great interpreters of his works with wonderful performances from March 5th to 20th. Among all the shows, Piazzolla Plays Piazzolla Centenary at 20:00 on March 11th (GMT-3) and Astor Piazzolla at the Colón 1983 at 20:00 on March 12th (GMT-3) are highly recommended.


Audience can get access to both performances on the YouTube channel of Teatro Colón for live streaming and replay. Exceptional and established artists both from the academic and popular fields make Teatro Colón the best space to celebrate Piazzolla’s work.
